You will get it in Chapter 6. The funny bit is that once you have it, you can go back through the previous chapters and then reveal secret doors where you find photograms and Lore. You just have to be patient. I struggled too in the beginning, there was one chapter that took me forever to do, I think about 4 hours in one go. You will get frustrated with it, I did too but once you get the hang of it, it does get easier. I mean, if you go back to chapters you have already done, they are easier to play.
